These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of applications created by Handbook Digital Limited ("Handbook", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to Protocol, RenSpend, Dunbar, Somnio, MNF, Dutchii and TradeePay. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our applications on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Our core philosophy relies on fair pricing. Free tiers are designed to be complete rather than crippled. If you choose to unlock premium features or capacity:
You agree not to use our applications in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized. You must not attempt to extract our source code, translate our apps into other languages, or make derivative versions.
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Handbook Digital Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our applications.
Specific supplemental terms apply to TradeePay due to the nature of escrow and milestone-based payments. When registering for TradeePay, users must agree to our specialized financial platform agreements.
